Hypothermia

ECG criteria

Hypothermia slows everything down: bradycardia, prolonged PR, QRS and QT intervals, and the characteristic J (Osborn) wave, a notch at the end of the QRS. Shivering artefact and atrial fibrillation are frequent, and severe cases can progress to ventricular arrhythmias.
